The Roots immerses you in an expansive world where you’ll travel with a party, fight a variety of monsters, and embark on great adventures. During your journey, you’ll meet more than 120 characters (some of whom will join your party) and collect more than 400 different items and spells. Use you abilities and weapons to fight off monsters and humans in battle arenas. Roots also offers minigames, such as Ballooncraft Race, which is an arcade game that lets you fly in a sky race.

In X-Men Legends II, the X-Men must join their enemy the Brotherhood to fight a greater menace–Apocalypse.
